The KHP Newsletter

Here we are now in our sixth month of the year and already racing to the finish. Unlike reports in
the WSJ that question when the housing market will hit bottom (alleging that we have not yet done
so), the Kaua‘i market most definitely established a bottom, pulled a number of Sellers down to it,
and Buyers have responded in droves. Over the last year, Sellers were asking themselves if they
wanted to sell within the next two years or wait for five. Those who needed to sell or preferred to cash
in to pursue other opportunities, did the math and moved. Inside this newsletter you’ll see the year
end 2010 and first quarter 2011 numbers and see that the Early Adopters are here.

We’ve now owned our own real estate company for two years. While being active in the business for a combined 41 years, we moved to open our own shop so that we could concentrate our efforts where they would be most useful. The past two years demanded focus and results, and Kaua‘i Heritage Properties’ results show production at over $65,000,000. We thank all of our Buyers, Sellers and Owners. This newsletter showcases our sales and particular listings, offering a visual example of the work that we perform.
